Our job shop produces your prototypes and production runs on our own equipment \u2013 flexible, precise, and without investing in your own technology. From a single piece to recurring series production, we are your partner for glass processing.<\/p>\n

You’re developing a new product<\/strong><\/h2>\n

You need a few parts \u2013 quickly \u2013 to test a concept or show a sample to your own customer. Buying your own machine before the product has proven itself makes no sense. We produce your prototype so you can move forward without the investment risk.<\/p>\n

Your volumes are deliberately low<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Your annual quantity is too small to justify your own machine. For you, we’re not an interim solution \u2013 we’re your permanent production partner, delivering consistent quality, batch after batch.<\/p>\n

From prototype to series \u2013 one partner, no requalification<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Most suppliers do either prototyping or series production. We do both \u2013 which means that once we’ve developed and validated your part, we scale it straight into series production on the same equipment, with the same process parameters. No new supplier to qualify. No repeat testing. No risk of a different result when moving from sample to series.<\/p>\n

CO2 laser cutting<\/em><\/h3>\n

With a kerf of zero and a scribing accuracy of \u00b1 25\u00b5m, we deliver glass cut-outs without micro-cracks. This makes thermal post-processing possible without additional edge grinding, for example.<\/p>\n

Green laser processing<\/em><\/h3>\n

We offer drilling, cutting, and structuring in a single setup, for example. Often no further handling is needed, as all process steps can be carried out with one tool.<\/p>\n

Cutting with wheels<\/em><\/h3>\n

Scribing and breaking with the patented APIO\u00ae and Penett\u00ae cutting technology.<\/p>\n

More than just processing \u2013 analysis and quality inspection<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Analysis and measurement<\/em><\/h3>\n

Glass analysis and measurement using software-assisted electronic microscopes, up to a substrate size of 300 x 400mm with an accuracy of \u00b1 3\u00b5m.<\/p>\n

Bending tests<\/em><\/h3>\n

3- and 4-point bending tests to determine edge strength, up to a maximum force of 10kN.<\/p>\n
